Forgách utca — overview
Stretched beneath Váci út in Angyalföld, the station has its northern exits at Forgách utca and its southern ones at the junction of Turbina utca and Fáy utca. It lies between Göncz Árpád városközpont and Gyöngyösi utca and opened on 14 December 1990 with the extension to Újpest.
It was built by cut-and-cover, 4.71 m below the road, with two side platforms and exits at both ends. The 2017–2019 reconstruction, which closed it from 4 November 2017 to 29 March 2019, removed one feature: the passage under the tracks that used to link the two platforms at the Göncz Árpád városközpont end.

This stretch of Váci út runs through Angyalföld in District XIII, a mixed area where industrial sites sit next to apartment blocks. The station is mostly a local one: residents and people working nearby heading into the centre, plus riders changing to the trams and buses on Váci út.

It opened on 14 December 1990 as part of construction section III/B/1, which took the Blue Line from Árpád híd to Újpest-központ. It was then closed for almost a year and a half during the northern reconstruction and reopened in spring 2019.
